Further a field the beautiful Cotswold villages and other historic towns are waiting to be explored.

This property offers 4 large bedrooms, 2 with en-suites. There are 3 king size beds and a double bed, with the optional use of a sofa bed in the front lounge area. The large main bathroom has a bath and shower and a further toilet downstairs.

The property has 2 lounges that can be separated by doors. A large kitchen diner, with a table seating 8, with 3 additional bar stools at the island. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 ovens (one with built in microwave), hob, dishwasher and large American style fridge freezer. A utility room off the kitchen offers a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

This property is conveniently situated to offer both easy countryside access and local city centres making it a good choice to suit a variety of plans during the visit. Good road and rail networks make the property very accessible.



About Us

 Jane and Mark are semi-retired hosts who have owned the property since 2005. Mark built the property in 2006 and it was home to our family until 2023.

We both have lived in the area throughout our lives so have extensive local knowledge, so we are happy to answer questions to help you plan your getaway.

How many people does the property sleep? 8, plus there is the option for additional guests on the sofa bed - recommended for 1 adult or 2 smaller children

Is there parking at the property? Yes there is secure off road parking for 4 cars plus additional parking if required

What do you supply at the property? This is home from home - the kitchen provides 2 ovens, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, American style fridge freezer, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, cooking utensils, pans, cook ware. Plus a supply of dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, hand wash,  and cleaning products. The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer and ironing facilities. Bathrooms have a supply of body wash, shampoo, hand wash and toilet rolls. A hand and bath towel is provided per guest
