Countryside family home

This large 4 Bedroom house is suitable for many uses, from family and friends get togethers, corporate meetings and longer term contractor visits.

The 4 bedroom (2 with en-suites) offer 3 king size beds and one double, with a sofa bed downstairs. The master bedroom has a smart TV, and the double has a TV in the room.There are fans in all bedrooms. Can sleep up to a maximum 9 people on request. 

Upstairs the large family bathroom provides a bath and separate shower. 

Downstairs there are 2 reception rooms. The front one has a sofa bed, chair and a small selection of children's toys and books, and the rear lounge has 2 sofas, a chair along with a large smart tv  with Netflix and Amazon Prime available , and a selection of games. 

The large fully equipped kitchen diner has a dining table to seat 8 plus 3 bar stools at the island, and a utility room offering a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities.  There is a toilet downstairs in the hallway.

Secure off road parking for 4 cars. More available on request.

Direct footpath access from the property leads you to riverside walks towards both Bristol and Bath with pubs/restaurants along the way.  Plenty of cycle tracks are nearby to suit all abilities. Willsbridge Mill is another  attraction which is within walking distance.

The house is easily accessible from M4 and M5 motorways with a good network of roads to bring you to the door. The local train station is 1 mile away which will take you to Bristol and Bath main lines.

The house conveniently situated between Bristol & Bath with the perfect mix of rural and city life. Visit nearby attractions of Clifton Suspension Bridge, Bristol Museum & Art Gallery, Bristol Cathedral & the SSE Great Britain in Bristol, as well as the beautiful Bath Abbey, Roman Baths, & Thermae Spa. Many more accessible attractions in the Cotswolds and surrounding towns to visit during your stay.
